If your goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Stirling Sports Customer Service within 10 days of delivery by email or phone +64 3 366-3897.
Please supply your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Customer Services will also need your e-mail address and phone number, and every reasonable effort will be made to replace or credit the item in a timely manner.
We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met

1. The items, with the original receipt, are returned within 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, in original packaging with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

1. Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible
3. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Stirling Sports has recently made a long-term sponsorship arrangement to sponsor the Weetbix Tryathlon series throughout New Zealand. By association we are supporting tens of thousands of young people throughout the Country, and ultimately this has fully committed our sponsorship budget for the foreseeable future.

Many of the Stirling Sports Stores throughout New Zealand support their local Clubs/Schools/Events, but typically this support will not extend to sponsorship of individuals in their sporting endeavours.

Should you have a request for sponsorship of a local Club/Event, please direct any enquiry to your local Store who may be willing to assist depending on other commitments they already have in place.
